No. Many people reach out with a general challenge or idea rather than a specific request. Describe what you're working on in the message field, and we'll help identify which capabilities — or combination of them — actually apply.

We aim to respond within one to two business days. For time-sensitive opportunities, mention your timeline directly in the message so it can be prioritized accordingly.

There's no fixed minimum. Projects range from a single-division engagement to multi-disciplinary initiatives spanning technology, brand, art, space and production. The first conversation is about understanding the opportunity, not qualifying against a threshold.

Both. Our office is in Mississauga, Ontario, and in-person meetings can be arranged there. Given the international nature of much of our work, virtual consultations are equally common and often more practical depending on where you're based.

A member of the team reviews your message and responds directly, typically with either a proposed time to talk or a few clarifying questions. There's no automated sales sequence — every inquiry is read and answered by a person.
